What is a token?
The unit AI models charge by. A word is about one and a half tokens. Writing a full document with Orwin, questions and answers included, uses roughly a hundred thousand of them, so the Pro plan covers about forty documents a month.
What happens when we run out?
Orwin tells you before you do, and stops when you have. Nothing is lost. You can wait for the month to reset or move up a plan.
Do clients need a seat?
No. A client joins as a viewer: they can read the plan and the documents, and they can't change anything. Viewers are free on every plan.
Is anything live yet?
